Every clinical, claims, stock and billing capability sits in both columns. Holding one back to justify a tier would be a strange way to run a practice system, so the difference between the plans is organisational rather than clinical.

Scoped means the item is agreed and delivered as part of an Enterprise agreement, not that it is a switch in the product today. Several are integration and configuration work; your quote says which ones and when. We would rather tell you here than after you have signed.

What is included, and what is metered.
SMS, email and storage cost real money to deliver, so they are bundled and then metered rather than absorbed and quietly rationed.

The seat price is fixed. These allowances and rates are not: they track what the underlying carriers charge us, and we would rather restate one honestly than hold a number we cannot deliver at. Your quote carries the figures you are billed on.
What we do not charge for.
These are the four lines that usually appear after you have signed something.
- No setup or implementation fee
- Configuration, your roster, your clinics, your reference data and your first walkthrough are part of the subscription.
- No per-clinic fee
- A three-site practice pays exactly what a one-site practice of the same size pays.
- No margin on payment processing
- Stripe and Square fees go to Stripe and Square. We take nothing from your patients’ payments.
- No exit fee
- Audiograms leave as NOAH files, letters as RTF, everything else as CSV. Your data is yours.
Questions people actually ask.
- What counts as a user?
- Anyone with a staff login — receptionists, audiologists, audiometrists, practice managers, owners, inventory controllers. Bookkeeper and auditor seats are separate at $75 and do not count toward the three-user minimum.
- Do you charge per clinic?
- No. Locations, rooms and stock across every site are included. If you open a fourth clinic, your bill does not change.
- What happens above ten users?
- Pricing moves to Enterprise and is quoted rather than listed, because at that size the SSO, provisioning and contract requirements differ from practice to practice. Email it@accumate.ai.
- Can we have single sign-on on the Practice plan?
- No. SAML sign-on and SCIM provisioning are Enterprise only. Practice sign-in is hosted, with multi-factor available.
- Are these prices GST inclusive?
- No. Every figure on this page is in Australian dollars and excludes GST.
- Where is our data stored?
- In Australia — Azure Australia East. Patient records for an Australian practice do not leave the country.
- How do we get our data out if we leave?
- Audiograms export as NOAH standard XML, letters as RTF, and the rest as CSV. There is no fee for it and no notice period on the export itself.
