What is included.
Both cases carry every clinical, claims, stock and billing capability. There is one rate and one product, so there is nothing held back from the sole audiologist to justify a group price. Only the organisational items differ, and those are Enterprise.

The audiologist price is fixed. These allowances and rates are not: they track what the underlying carriers charge us, and we would rather restate one honestly than hold a number we cannot deliver at. Your quote carries the figures you are billed on.
What we do not charge for.
These are the lines that usually appear after you have signed something.
- No setup or implementation fee
- Configuration, your roster, your clinics, your reference data and your first walkthrough are part of the subscription.
- No per-clinic or per-location fee
- An audiologist working across four sites pays for one audiologist, because that is what they are. Rooms, locations and visiting sites are unlimited.
- No per-patient fee
- Client records, documents and client portal accounts are unlimited. A practice with twelve thousand clients pays what a practice with two thousand pays.
- No margin on payment processing
- Stripe and Square fees go to Stripe and Square. We take nothing from your patients’ payments.
- No exit fee
- Audiograms leave as NOAH files, letters as RTF, everything else as CSV. Your data is yours.
Questions before you buy.
- What does $350 actually buy?
- One audiologist, 2 staff logins, every module, and as many clinics, rooms and visiting sites as you run: $350 AUD a month, excluding GST. There is no cheaper tier with less of the product in it, and no setup fee in front of it.
- I run four clinics on my own. Which case am I, and what do I pay?
- Independent Practitioner. You are one audiologist, so it is $350 plus $100 for each login past the 2 you already have. With you and one receptionist, that is $350. Sites, rooms and visiting days are free. A diary in four places is not four subscriptions.
- So what makes a practice Multiple Practices rather than Independent?
- Employing people who see patients. The moment a second audiologist or audiometrist sees patients under your name you are paying $350 for each of them, and each one brings 2 more logins with them. It is about how many people are billing, not how many addresses you hold.
- Who counts as an audiologist for billing?
- Anyone clinical who sees patients and bills for it: audiologists and audiometrists alike. Receptionists, practice managers, owners who do not see patients, and inventory controllers are not counted as audiologists; they take up the ordinary logins.
- What about an owner who also sees patients?
- One audiologist, $350. Wearing the owner's hat as well does not make you two.
- How many logins do we get, and what does another one cost?
- 2 per audiologist: themselves and one more, which is usually reception. Beyond that a login is $100 a month. Three audiologists therefore covers six people before anything extra is billed.
- Could we just add our bookkeeper as a staff login?
- You could, and it would cost you more. A staff login is $100 against $50 for the accountant seat. The accountant seat is also read-only and finance-only, so it is the option that does not hand an outside party your clinical notes.
- Is there a discount for paying yearly?
- Yes. Pay the year up front and you are billed 11 months instead of 12. That is one month free, applied to the whole subscription including extra logins and accountant seats.
- What happens above 10 audiologists?
- Pricing moves to Enterprise and is quoted rather than listed, because at that size the SSO, provisioning and contract requirements differ from practice to practice. Email contact@audiologymate.com.
- Can we have single sign-on without an Enterprise agreement?
- No. SAML sign-on and SCIM provisioning are Enterprise only. Everyone else signs in through hosted sign-in, with multi-factor available.
- Are these prices GST inclusive?
- No. Every figure on this page is in Australian dollars (AUD) and excludes GST.
- Where is our data stored?
- In Australia: Azure Australia East. Patient records for an Australian practice do not leave the country.
- How do we get our data out if we leave?
- Audiograms export as NOAH standard XML, letters as RTF, and the rest as CSV. There is no fee for it and no notice period on the export itself.
